Important Information for Parents:
Purchasing an Aussie Hoops pack through Basketball Connect does not automatically trigger shipment. After purchase, parents will receive an email from basketballaustralia@mberplus.com.au with a link to the Mberplus website.
To complete the redemption process:

Follow the instructions in the email to visit the Mberplus website.

Choose the singlet size, enter the name for printing, select the ball size, and provide delivery details.
Note: It's essential to finish this process to receive the pack. This email will usually arrive in your junkmail.
